Formats of our educational work:

Our educational programs are based on the principles of voluntariness, openness, and participation, and are aligned with the Frankfurt Declaration on Critical-Emancipatory Education.

We strive to create programs that are as sensitive to diversity as possible and are always open to exchange, criticism, and specific requests. At the same time, we conduct our educational work with conviction, adopting intersectional perspectives with the aim of making marginalization and power relations visible and dismantling them. A critical examination of privilege and discrimination is essential for this.

Contents of our educational work:

  • Queer basics: introduction to the topic of sexual and gender diversity (clarification of terms, experience of discrimination, dealing with one’s own privileges, knowledge of references, etc.)
  • Occupational field-related specialisation workshops
  • Workshops on a queer-sensitive approach to working with children and young people
  • Themed workshops for teenagers:
    • Work on special events in queer history
    • How can I be a good ally?
  • Open youth work program (youth group Young & Queer, every 1st and 3rd Tuesday and 2nd and 4th Friday of the month, from 3-6 pm)
